Alessandra Spano, a lawyer specializing in wealth management, has been working with the firm since 2016, focusing primarily on the analysis and implementation of wealth transfer and protection projects. She has developed significant experience in family governance in business contexts characterized by a prominent family component, supported by a unique background in studying and gaining in-depth knowledge of civil, corporate, family, and inheritance law. After graduating with honors from the Faculty of Law at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, she subsequently attended the Anselmo Anselmi Notary School in Rome and the Neapolitan Notary School. She co-edited the monograph "The Transmission of Wealth," published by the Il Sole 24 Ore publishing group, and is a lecturer in the Master's program on Wealth Protection and Transmission at the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School.
