Andrea Bolletta, founder of the firm, specializes in family and estate planning, addressing issues of generational transitions and international transfers of residence. In the corporate world, he focuses on national and international taxation, primarily focusing on extraordinary transactions, acquisitions, and reorganizations. In the real estate sector, he assists mutual funds and leading operators in structuring development and trading transactions and establishing real estate funds.
