Fabio Mainardi, a certified public accountant and auditor, has worked extensively with renowned professional firms throughout his many years of practice, providing tax, corporate, accounting, and financial statement consulting, as well as extraordinary transactions. He has also collaborated with consulting firms, providing assistance in financial analysis, management control, strategic planning, and direct consulting to entrepreneurs. Given his thirty years of professional experience, in 2021 he joined Russo De Rosa Associati with the aim of developing the Accounting Team, which handles the corporate, accounting, and financial statement aspects of industrial holding companies and real estate companies resulting from extraordinary M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations aimed at rationalizing and enhancing the value of business assets with a view to management efficiency, protection, and generational transition. In the corporate world, he continues to provide tax, corporate, accounting, and financial statement consulting to commercial, industrial, and real estate companies, and holds statutory auditor positions in several companies, including as guarantor for minority shareholders. He has been a member of the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 1994 and of the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1999.
