Federica Paiella, a partner at the firm, joined Russo De Rosa Associati in 2010 after gaining many years of experience in leading tax law firms. She provides tax advice and assistance to commercial, industrial, and financial companies. Her areas of expertise include extraordinary transactions, with a particular focus on private equity transactions, appraisals of companies and intangible assets, and transfer pricing analyses. She contributes to several of the firm's publications, particularly coordinating the annual update of the "Extraordinary Transactions" manual published by Il Sole 24. She co-authored the monograph "Merger," published in January 2017 by the Il Sole 24 Ore publishing group. She graduated in 1997 with a degree in Economics and Business, specializing in Corporate Legislation, from Ca' Foscari University of Venice. She has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2004. She is fluent in Italian and English.
