Gianmarco Di Stasio, a partner at the firm, handles corporate and business acquisitions and sales for Italian and international clients, corporate joint ventures in Italy and abroad, bank financing agreements, and commercial contracts. He focuses on intergenerational wealth transfer projects, assisting clients with civil and corporate aspects related to the transfer of shareholdings, the reorganization of corporate groups, and the design and implementation of related corporate governance rules. He teaches corporate law in the master's programs on extraordinary transactions, business law, and tax law at the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School. He is co-author of the publications "Debt Restructuring Agreements" and "Business Succession – Generational Transfer and Asset Transmission" for the Il Sole 24 Ore publishing house. He created and regularly contributes to the "Lex & The City" column on Advisor Private and contributes monthly to Citywire's private sector column. He graduated in Law from the University of Padua in 2001. After various study and professional experiences in Germany and France, he earned a Master's degree in Business Law and International Management from HEC Business School, Paris, in 2003. He has been a member of the Padua Bar Association since 2005. He is fluent in Italian, English, French, and German.
