Luigi Cecere, a certified public accountant and auditor, specializes in tax planning, corporate reorganizations, and extraordinary transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions involving private equity funds, as well as estate and succession planning, assisting entrepreneurs and families in structuring and protecting their assets. He provides national and international tax advisory services to medium- and large-sized commercial and industrial companies, including business and intangible asset valuations, the application of IAS/IFRS international accounting principles, and the structuring of derivative financial instruments for management incentive plans (stock options and carried interest). He is a regular contributor to the firm's editorial activities, including the manual "Extraordinary Transactions," in which he oversaw the regulation of extraordinary transactions under international accounting principles.
