
Marzio Molinari

Marzio Molinari, a partner at the Firm, joined Russo De Rosa Associati in 2008 after working for a leading international law firm. He specializes in the legal aspects of extraordinary corporate transactions, acquisitions of shareholdings and businesses, private equity, management and transfer of family assets, debt restructuring, and commercial contracts. He also handles corporate litigation, both in court and arbitration. In recent years, he has assisted the Firm's clients in some of the most significant corporate acquisitions, providing professional advice in the negotiation and drafting of innovative and complex contractual and corporate documents. He collaborated on the drafting and updating of the books "Generational Passage and Business Succession" and "Debt Restructuring Agreements," both published by Gruppo 24 Ore. He is also among the authors of the "Operazioni Straordinarie" series published by Gruppo 24 Ore in November 2016. He is also the author or co-author of numerous articles on corporate acquisitions and corporate governance for Gruppo 24 Ore and IPSOA magazines. He teaches corporate law in the master's programs on extraordinary transactions, business law, and tax law at the Il Sole24Ore Business School. He graduated in Law with honors from Bocconi University in Milan in 2006. He has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 2009. He is fluent in Italian and English.
