Niccolò Cappellini, a certified public accountant and auditor, primarily provides tax, accounting, and corporate advisory services to medium- and large-sized industrial and commercial companies. He specializes in transfer pricing, extraordinary transactions, particularly in the private equity sector, and the adoption of IAS/IFRS international accounting principles.
