IL SOLE 24 ORE HAS ENTRUSTED LEO DE ROSA AND ALBERTO RUSSO WITH THE SCIENTIFIC DIRECTION OF THE NEW MODULO 24 EXTRAORDINARY OPERATIONS PLATFORM

Il Sole 24 Ore has appointed Leo De Rosa and Alberto Russo as scientific directors of the new Modulo 24 Operazioni Extraordinarie platform. Their goal is not only to highlight the sector's key innovations in dedicated articles, but also, more generally, to serve as leading experts on all issues related to entrepreneurial and family-based disruption in Italian companies.
This collaboration will also lead to the creation of a handbook in spring 2023 that will comprehensively address the legal, fiscal, corporate, accounting, tax, valuation, and contractual aspects of extraordinary transactions, placing them within the relevant business economic contexts, such as generational transitions, private equity, and corporate reorganizations.
