This year, the Legalcommunity jury has once again selected the firm and its professionals as finalists for the 2022 Tax Awards. The firm is among the finalists in the "M&A and Extraordinary Transactions" and "Private Equity Tax" categories. Leo De Rosa and Federica Paiella also received nominations among individual professionals, in the "M&A and Extraordinary Transactions" and "Private Equity Tax" categories, respectively. The awards ceremony will be held on April 21st.
