Russo De Rosa in the sale of a share of Bernardinello

Russo De Rosa Associati, with Andrea De Panfilis and Marella Lavarone, advised the holding company Afra S.r.l. on the transaction that led to the sale, to a club deal of investors coordinated by Italglobal Partners, of a minority stake in Bernardinello Engineering S.p.A., a company headquartered in Cadoneghe (Padua), engaged in the design, construction, and management of aqueous solution treatment plants. Italglobal Partners, an investment holding company headed by Ruggero Jenna and Francesco Sala, was advised by Bianco Besozzi & Associati, with Marina Balzano and Mario Diomedi. The transaction is instrumental in the selective expansion of Bernardinello Engineering's business in certain international markets, while maintaining the company's main operations and functions in Italy at its current headquarters.
